summer lovin'

by the end of july, we are so ready to escape the arizona heat and head to somewhere we can run and play outside.  its a long trip to michigan, but worth it in the end.
there were a few hold ups at the airport...computer would not take my reservation, lines, lines, and more lines, throwing up child, etc., etc.  we made it safe and sound and found ourselves in daddy's arms as he met us on the chicago end and picked us up at the airport.
from there we ventured on to uncle dale's.  he greeted us with yummy food and a pool.  if it were up to my kids, they would all move in with dale.  in fact, they have inquired about it several times.
we made all the necessary stops. redimacs being the first.  luke and logan remember it well... they knew exactly where to go.
the lake was gorgeous and refreshing.  smell of the sweet air, the dunes, the little cottage, carefree summer, missing it right now.
