its time for some catching up since my last post... starting with last weekend.  

luke had both a flag ceremony and rocket launch.  he built, painted, and launched his rocket, the copper canyon, with only a bit of help.  his is the second rocket in the picture. 

then he was on to losing yet another tooth.  thats 3 in the past two weeks.  the tooth fairy has been very busy during the wee hours at our house.

tears today

her hair is starting to thin, her skin looks pale, and her little eyes look like they are at half mast.  i feel like i am going into panic mode again.
like i am poisoning my baby. she is still all smiles and so trusting.  and i take her each week for her fill of toxic chemicals.  i just pray she gets better and this works.
somedays i do not feel as strong as others.  please say an extra prayer for her.

upon my doorstep

truly, truly, i am absolutely in love with the handmade treasures sent our way.  marci, you have brought much joy to our family.

beautiful owls have been gracing every room in the house.  the boys move them, talk to them, play with them. 'which one is me, mommy?' 'does she know i like blue?' 'or maybe i am the polka dot one'. luke has made it a game, trading off which color they will each be for the day.  lily always getting the pink, of course.

they warm my heart and make me smile each time i pass.  each one handmade with love.

lily is a strong little girl, indeed, the lion suits her well.  it gives me strength knowing that others are thinking of her and sending positive energy. on the hardest of days, i will feel their comfort.
