the doorbell rang. open immediately the box said. five little caterpillars were inside. at first they did not move much but my how they continued to grow and emerge.
my intension was to take a picture everyday. we missed quite a few days... the process of how they came into beautiful butterflies is absolutely amazing. i find myself in awe of these little miracles, watching them flutter around.
since the weather is warming up, it will soon be safe to release them into our yard. thank you travis and cynthia for gifting us such a magical experience. we will certainly be hatching more caterpillars and welcoming more butterflies into our world.
i hope everyone enjoyed them. they look really cool.
