i love being around other moms, sharing stories and having fun. although, i have to say, we do not do many playdates. i have thought about this, why don't we get together with other families more often, or have people over more. honestly, i think its just because i have so many kids. at times the thought of loading them all in the car to bring them anywhere simply overwhelms me. then the thought of taking care of more then four of them overwhelms me as well.
i am perfectly content being at home with them, listening to them play (and fight) together.
now is the perfect time of year.
i love our yard.
trees full of blossoms.
bees buzzing around.
the birds chirping away.
the grass perfectly soft and green.
they seem peaceful at play, each in their own make believe world.
trucks were the favorite on this day.
and what makes these trucks even more special is that once upon a time they belonged to daddy.
Beautiful tree.... Definitely looks like spring in your backyard! It is wonderfully pleasant to be outside this time of year even though one day is beautiful the next winter. Nice when they all can find something to play with without bothering each other!
